Jon Keenan is a licensed Broker who prides himself in making the home buying process as stress free as possible. He grew up in a small town, south of Boston and moved to Maine after high school in 2003 to pursue higher education. Jon graduated from Saint Joseph’s College in Standish in 2007, where he majored in Communications and public relations. While attending Saint Joseph’s College, he quickly fell in love with the “Maine way of life”, and decided to make the greater Portland area his permanent home. He currently resides in Gorham with his wife and two young sons. Jon has extensive knowledge of the area and has helped many buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market. He is a local landlord and has first hand experience in real estate investing and providing insight into the world of being a landlord. Andrea has always had a passion in real estate. H@r Interest began at a young age when she worked to help maintain her fathers investment properties. That was the beginning.to what sparked more interest in learning how to rehab/remodel, which later lead her to her own restoration projects throug adulthood. ln 2006, Andrea was licensed in real estate. She worked în real estate for years before taking some time off to start a family. Now, after having 3 daughters, and spending 9 years working at a local elementary school, she is ready to reinvest into the housing market. With her personal expertise, strong communication skills, and creative problem solving skiffs,she can help guide buyers and sellers. Kaylin was born and raised in the Lakes Region of Maine, where she continues to reside with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys traveling the Pine Tree State and has spent time learning what each region has to offer. Kaylin’s passion in real estate only grew during the pandemic after diving head first into administration for a construction business. Her experience in construction has added valuable knowledge in new builds, renovation and finance.

Britany grew up in a small town in northern New Hampshire. She spent summers vacationing in Maine where she fell in love with the area and knew she needed to call it home and has for nearly 10 years now. Britany currently lives in Gorham with her family. She’s a Masters Graduate from the University of New Hampshire and has thrived as a pediatric occupational therapist for the past decade. During her first home renovation, her passion for real estate blossomed. Having completed 3 complete-home renovations and established herself as a landlord in the state, she’s learned a lot and is eager to share her knowledge! When some see a daunting project, she see’s the potential and can help her buyers see the same.
Raised on Little Sebago Lake in Raymond, Maine, Garrett graduated college with a degree in business administration. While working in construction during college, he found a passion for home construction. Garrett knew he needed an Industry that appealed to his creative nature, attention to detail, and love of great architecture. He prides himself in paying close attention to the small details while meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations.
In 2014, Garrett became a licensed Real-estate agent to better help our customers in the market. Garrett also has a passion for flying and is a private pilot.
